Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history page to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Hardware
Securely pack the PC in its original internal foam and double-box packaging, ensuring all peripheral cables, documentation, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship to Radium Labs
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location for insured transit back to our facility.
Inspection and Refund
Our technicians will perform a full diagnostic check upon arrival; once the hardware is cleared, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
