What is the typical build and lead time for a custom PC?

Each Radium PC is hand-assembled and rigorously tested. Standard builds usually take 5-7 business days to complete before they are shipped out via our secure courier partners.

Do Radium PCs come with a warranty?

Yes, all our systems include a comprehensive 2-year parts and labor warranty. We also provide lifetime technical support to ensure your rig stays at peak performance.

What kind of testing do you perform on new builds?

Every system undergoes a 24-hour stress test, including thermal benchmarking and hardware stability checks, to ensure no DOA components and optimal out-of-the-box performance.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.

Can I upgrade my components after the purchase?

Absolutely. We use standard non-proprietary parts, meaning you can easily upgrade your GPU, RAM, or storage in the future without voiding your labor warranty.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a refund, though a 15% restocking fee may apply to custom-configured systems.
